Responsibilities As a Music Teacher, you will: Partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs. Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum. Assist with customer service as needed, building long‑term relationships with students. Perform additional duties as assigned. Partner with students and families through frequent communication, building trust and leveraging parental knowledge. Communicate progress and goals to students and parents. Share students’ or parents’ goals and progress frequently. Requirements Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field. Ability to teach an instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.). Skill to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the instrument you will be teaching.
