BlueprintNYC is a creative agency with the mission to engage and activate audiences through onsite events, virtual presentations, or self-led digital experiences. Our clients are concentrated in Healthcare and Travel verticals, where we work to produce launch meetings, all-hands meetings, training programs, expos, and congresses. ROLE OVERVIEW The Digital Producer’s primary responsibility is to represent BlueprintNYC’s technology products and capabilities to our clients and the broader project teams, including serving as a primary project manager and client contact.They will design and execute digital tactics related to live, virtual, and hybrid events, communication plans, training, and production. The Digital Producer is not expected to write code, but this role will collaborate with teams that do. Thus, the Digital Producer should have a working understanding of website and application construction and architecture; strong proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of graphic file types; an attention to file sizes; and the ability to independently research and learn new tools quickly. Once onboarded Digital Producers will need to show up to projects as the experts for a suite of tools and services, including: BlueprintNYC’s proprietary event platform, Thalo SaaS industry tools, such as Typeform, Mentimeter, and Slido Zoom for webinars and virtual/hybrid events AI tools adopted by BlueprintNYC, such as Claude Client specific portals and other technology systems And the ability to shepherd custom development projects as bridge between business and technical teams PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS 1. Client Service and Communication Communicate clearly and effectively with client and internal teams Make sure scope and expectations are realistic and achievable Prepare agendas, status reports, presentation materials as needed 2. Project Management, and Execution Ability to document solution requirements and be detail oriented Strategic planning and problem solving Collaborate across teams to keep projects on time and in scope Manage assets and configure systems in an organized manner, Including specialized data handling, Data entry, quality control testing, and troubleshooting Onsite execution of live tactics in expo and backstage environments, including end user support when needed Often projects overlap each other, so an ability to manage multiple workstreams is needed 3. Creative Brainstorming Participate in creative brainstorming for upcoming projects Explore new tools and develop new offerings and ways of working QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience working with digital assets, systems, and requirements tracking Working understanding of website and application construction Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets required Previous experience working with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and eagerness to adopt new tech Graphic design and editing experience a plus Experience with live / virtual event platforms a plus Pharma/healthcare client experience a plus Must be US Based Must have the ability to travel within the US multiple times per year for onsite execution EMPLOYMENT TYPE We are currently seeking freelance/contract arrangements. Day Rate: $400 - $700 per day, based on experience level. Work is contracted for several weeks at a time, based on project dates and needs. Pre-Production work leading up to events will require daytime availability for meetings with clients and stakeholders. Onsite execution will require Producers to travel to event locations for 2-7 Days depending on project. Work is contracted a few months out to align on availability. Our goal is to create a lasting, mutually beneficial relationship with a freelance professional, however there is potential for this role to go full time based on performance and work volume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
