What does an Administrative Coordinator with Paul Davis do?

· Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
· Oversees Environmental Documentations for AQMD, RCRA, DTSC, OSHA, Etc.
Prepares Estimates and invoices for Environmental Services
Oversees and organizes certifications, health checks, and Employee training updates
· Creates office systems and waste manifests
· Problem solves and helps people find solutions
· Improves the community by serving others
· Learns new things about construction and building homes
· Has fun and is part of a growing business
