The Practice Marin Terra Linda Urgent Care – San Rafael, California 5 exam rooms. Multiple referral resources within the MarinHealth and UCSF Health systems. Facility hours are Mon-Fri 10am-8pm and Sat/Sun 9am-5pm. Annual volume of 14,000 with 45 patients per day. Point of care testing, on-site x-ray, and Quest Diagnostics down the doors. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
