Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

• HR Staffing Specialist III will be familiar with Government hiring practices.
• Performs personnel action reports (PAR) and processing for a myriad of purposes in the overall management of Departmental employees, including talent acquisition support, onboarding support, presentations, training and related activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• In-depth knowledge of federal hiring practices and HR processes
• Ability to lead and support complex HR actions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document and improve HR procedures
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance

Minimum/General Experience:

• 8 or more years of experience in related field with personnel action coding and processing, documenting processes and procedure; experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Minimum Education:

• BS/BA degree (or equivalent)
