2600 N. Detroit St. (S.R.9), LaGrange, IN 46761 Hours of practice

are: Monday – Wednesday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. / Thursday – Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Team

consists of

nurse practitioners Call schedule

: County call rotation only for physicians The call center allows for a

very light and manageable call
