We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for night shifts. The position requires experience in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency department. The patient population includes individuals from all age ranges, from infants to geriatrics. Every other weekend and holiday work is required as scheduled. Floating within the specialty is expected. The average daily census is approximately 130 patients. The facility has 47 beds to manage patient care effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset, including emergency medications and intubation experience. Emergency department experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have previously worked in similar settings. The ability to perform effective triage and manage diverse conditions is essential. Candidates should be comfortable with utilizing electronic charting systems. We value teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration to provide optimal patient care. The position may involve care management of critically ill patients and those in urgent need. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are necessary for this role.
