Implementation Consultant, Onvio Firm Management

About the Role As a Consultant you will meet with customers to determine business and technical needs, recommend optimal system configuration and business processes based on industry best practices, prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval, manage and execute implementation plans including directing staff resources (both internal and external), evaluate results, create documentation of newly created processes, and manage overall engagement. You will train client personnel on use of software solutions and business practices, build and maintain client relationships supporting their use and application of Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products, keep product and industry knowledge up to date, manage logistics and administrative tasks for all engagements, and travel to customer onsite premises when required. About You Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in public accounting or consulting or accounting software. CPA preferred. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Project management—handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self‑sufficient and able to work well in team settings. Experience with Agile a plus. Problem‑solving and situational analysis. Time management and organization. Technical acumen. Comfortable with 25‑50% travel, including overnights, as required. Compensation Base compensation range: $74,200USD – $137,800USD (varies by location). Base pay is one part of a comprehensive total reward program which may also include an annual bonus based on performance.
