Position : Full-time or Part-time Certified Pilates Instructor (reformer experience is a must)
Location : FFC South Loop
Compensation : $49-$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions as well as have opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 day ($500-$1000/month for the first 3 months).


Qualifications:

• Full Studio Certification : Must be certified or complete certification within 6 months
• Educational Skills : Ability to teach Pilates and its benefits
• CPR/AED Certification : Required

Your Role:

• Build Your Schedule : Set your weekly appointments and maintain consistent service
• Sales : Grow your client base using proven sales methods (training provided)
• Safety : Ensure a clean, safe environment for all
• Client Engagement : Help clients with exercise guidance and support
• Promote FFC Programs : Build relationships and suggest relevant programs
• Deliver Quality Training : Help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Stay Informed : Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
• Maintain Certifications : Keep Pilates and CPR/AED certifications up to date
• Support Events : Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs

Compensation: $49.00 - $70.00 per hour
