Are you friendly, outgoing, and energized by meeting new people? Do you enjoy helping others while earning based on your performance?

 

We're looking for enthusiastic In-Store Home Improvement Representatives to represent our company inside Lowe's Home Improvement stores. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage shoppers, introduce them to our home improvement solutions, and schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced design consultants.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be rewarded for delivering results.

 

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Start conversations with homeowners about their remodeling and home improvement projects.
• Explain the benefits of our products and services.
• Schedule complimentary in-home consultations for interested customers.
• Build strong working relationships with Lowe's associates.
• Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.

 

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% commission plus performance bonuses
