We've become the nation's largest retailer of used cars due to our honesty and transparency, and those same traits will help you succeed too.Essential ResponsibilitiesUse your knowledge of MYCAR inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.QualificationsIndividuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or who are just out of college or the military to name just a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales!Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided!An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who's motivated to succeed.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.High school diploma or equivalent.Must be authorized to work in the USA.Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screens.Must have a valid driver's license.ResponsibilitiesSell yourself & make a great impression of your workplace and process.Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, and accessories.Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.MYCAR pays new Sales Consultants a competitive wage while training and through the first 160 hours of selling, after which set pay through sales become the primary base of pay. We're offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Sales Consultants.
