Full Time Manual Labor Tracy, CA, US 22 days ago Requisition ID: 2156 Salary Range: $24.00 To $24.00 Hourly RESPONSIBILITIES Perform cycle counts; identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Conduct physical inventory per client request Communicate with shipping, warehouse, and kitting team and returns about inventory issues Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels on our WMS system Report inventory accuracy status to management Must be attentive to any email inquiries: stock variances, dock/location searches; adjustment request Monitor replenishment tasks on our WMS system and ensure stock is available for picking an order Execute quarantine and/or destruction of product when directed Ensure all product receipts are tagged properly Ensure all racking is labelled correctly Maintain a clean and safe work environment Provide feedback to manager on the operations and employees Maintain warehouse sanitation practices; clean, organized, and safe environment Demonstrate respect for the Company’s values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & procedures Assumes additional related responsibilities as required EXPERIENCE 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a warehouse Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Prior experience on WMS system Order Picking experience Previous Inventory experience COMPETENCIES SKILLS Driven to provide excellent Customer Service with effective customer interaction skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners Proven communication skills both verbal and written Ability to prioritize work assignments Comfortable with being directly involved in a fast-paced environment Capable of working with minimal supervision Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours when required Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures Ability to make sound decisions independently to obtain desired results Strong interpersonal skills and a proven leadership ability within a team environment Able to create control tools through effective Office 365 software applications knowledge primarily in Excel, Word, Outlook Previous experience with warehouse systems Need to follow and be in compliance with all regulatory requirements “OUR WAY” CULTURE – (TEAM | CUSTOMER | COMPANY | WORLD) As a team member works collaboratively with employees in a team-oriented environment Exceptional customer service attitude Looks for ways to say “Yes” to the customer (internal and external) Promote and support team member driven social initiatives Follow established processes and achieve customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Commitment to quality of work Approachable, positive interpersonal style Maintain open honest relationships HEALTH & SAFETY Without compromise maintains a safe and clean work environment Follows the Occupational Health and Safety Act including Safety, Violence and Harassment laws Reports any hazards in the workplace to management Must not use or operate equipment in a manner that would endanger self or others Must not put other workers at risk by their actions Ensures safety accident and incidents are immediately reported to management MEASUREMENT Productivity, Accuracy & Quality As defined by operational goals Arrives at the shift briefing meeting place on-time and ready to begin work Team Members arrive and leave work at their scheduled time on each scheduled day Safety Wears appropriate clothing including PPE and Metro Team Wear Full Compliance all safety rules EDUCATION High school diploma, GED or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience WORKING CONDITIONS Must be able to commute to work daily Ability to work a flexible schedule when required Able to lift, on average, up to 50 lbs., repetitively and safely Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time Works on the warehouse floor, walking and standing where the noise level is moderate to loud Exposure to temperature variations in the warehouse While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required, for the duration of the workday to sit or stand at workstation, use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
