CRM Marketing Analyst

The CRM Marketing Analyst will drive performance across CLEAR’s lifecycle marketing channels by translating data into actionable insights and optimizing campaigns that deepen member engagement and retention. You’ll play a critical role in improving how we communicate with our members—ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. What you’ll do: Analyze CRM campaign performance across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization Build and refine audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting, personalization, and lifecycle progression Design and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and channel strategy, driving measurable improvements in engagement and conversion Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to launch campaigns and enhance lifecycle journeys Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key CRM metrics and inform strategic decision-making How you’ll measure success: Improvements in key lifecycle metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion, retention, churn reduction) Performance lift from A/B testing and experimentation initiatives Accuracy, consistency, and usability of CRM reporting and dashboards Speed and effectiveness of campaign execution and optimization cycles What you’re great at: 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to extract and interpret data Familiarity with CRM platforms Experience designing experiments and translating results into actionable insights Clear communicator who can translate complex data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders How you'll be Rewarded: At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The total compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience. This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
