This role works closely with the Office Manager and dealership leadership team to ensure organized office operations and smooth day-to-day administrative support across departments.Compensation: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experienceResponsibilitiesPrepare daily bank deposits and cash reports (able to drive to the bank to drop off deposits and pick up change orders)Maintain an effective cash management and forecasting systemAssist with petty cash tracking and reconciliationHelp maintain accurate manufacturer accounts, including warrantyAssist with month-end closing processes and accounting reportsSupport preparation for annual audits and reviewsEnsure compliance with government regulations and financial proceduresAssist with collecting updated CRT-61 and W-9 forms from vendors on fileMonitor factory incentives and enter manufacturer invoices and POsSupport account approvals and collections on past-due accountsAssist with cross-training team members to ensure operational coverageStock in all new vehicle purchases and create deal jackets and tagsCreate deal jackets and tags for all used vehiclesQualifications1+ years of experience in office administration required, dealership preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with and learning various auto softwareAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departmentsJoin the Kunes TeamIf you're looking for a career with professional growth and a company that invests in its people, we'd love to meet you.
