Hilton Milwaukee City Center in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, supervise Front Desk, Bell Services, and Concierge teams, and ensure guest satisfaction in alignment with brand standards. Reporting to the Director of Front Office, you will greet guests, handle requests, manage transactions, and support the daily functions of the front office while maintaining a guest-first mindset.
