Job Details

This CDL A driver role is based in Romulus, MI and pays $27 per hour. The assignment uses automatic-transmission equipment with drop-and-hook freight. TransForce provides real support for this two-month flex assignment, including a dedicated team to help you stay on track.

This role requires a Hazmat endorsement.

Pay & Schedule

• $27 per hour
• Estimated weekly gross: $1080
• Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM until deliveries are complete
• Flex assignment expected to last approximately 2 months
• Local delivery work based in Romulus, MI

What You'll Be Doing

• Shuttle janitorial supplies and food packaging supplies between various locations.
• Travel between Midland, Westland, Highland Park, Plymouth, and Toledo, Ohio.
• Handle no-touch, drop-and-hook freight using an automatic-transmission tractor.

What You Need

• Valid CDL A
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
