About the Role: As a Production General Labor Associate, you will be a vital part of our production team, supporting daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality. You will assist with door assembly, perform product inspections, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. Additionally, you'll support basic repair tasks and material handling to uphold production standards and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Aid in the assembly of doors and other manufacturing components Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and report any issues Support routine repair and maintenance tasks as needed Handle and organize materials efficiently, adhering to safety procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment consistently Qualifications & Skills: No prior experience required; open to entry-level candidates eager to learn Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing fields is a plus but not essential Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Ability to follow instructions carefully Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
