Sr Manager, Product ManagementThis role sits within the Technology Product Management (TPM) function, supporting the Marketing Solutions – Identity & Audience (TruAudience) portfolio. This team operates at the intersection of business strategy, engineering, and data, driving the development of scalable, high-impact platform and infrastructure products. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview and Core ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the technical product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectivesOwn end-to-end delivery of complex, solution-level, platform-level, or infrastructure productsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverablesPartner closely with Engineering and Architecture to design resilient, scalable systemsDrive prioritization of initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignmentAct as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teamsOversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iterationEstablish KPIs, monitor performance, and enable data-driven decision makingLead and mentor a team of TPMs, fostering a culture of ownership and innovationDrive execution excellence in an Agile delivery environmentRequired Technical SkillsStrong technical understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and system designKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systemsExperience with data platforms, system integrations, and platform architectureRequired Knowledge and Experiences8–12 years of Product Management experience with a strong technical focus3–5 years of people leadership experience managing TPM or PM teamsExperience owning and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programsProven ability to translate business requirements into technical product executionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)We're also looking for the preferred skills below. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan.
