Mattress Tech is looking for an individual with experience managing a shipping department. The position requires a hands-on approach with directing personnel to stage product and load trucks for deliveries. The company prefers someone who has run a shipping department for a mattress and/or furniture company. The person running this department will oversee approximately six to ten people. Good people skills are a must.
