Processing Supervisor

Overseeing the loan processing function, the full-time California Licensed Processing Supervisor will ensure Reverse Mortgage loans move efficiently and compliantly from application through closing while providing leadership and training to processing staff in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Supervises and develops a team of loan processors to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements Monitors productivity and quality, providing feedback and performance evaluations to the team Oversees loan processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of loan files Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and mortgage industry processes Current knowledge of TRID, COC, ECOA, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
