Delivery Leader

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Delivery Leader to lead end-to-end delivery and customer engagement for a strategic client account. This role will serve as the primary onshore point of contact, ensuring successful project delivery, fostering strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned delivery leader with extensive experience managing large-scale programs in a global onshore-offshore delivery model.

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary onshore liaison for customer business and IT stakeholders, building trusted partnerships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, conduct regular status reviews, and proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Collaborate closely with offshore delivery managers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with customer priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify value-added opportunities, and contribute to account expansion and long-term client success.
• Monitor delivery risks, regulatory compliance, and operational controls while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage project financials, resource planning, forecasting, utilization, and profitability across the account.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program health, delivery metrics, milestones, and key business outcomes to both internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management or Delivery Leadership, including significant client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-project programs within a global onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Strong expertise in program governance, project execution, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing project financials, resource planning, forecasting, and account profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience driving digital transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts within consulting or IT services organizations.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) practices.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting account growth and strategic customer engagements.
