They are also motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture project success from inception to completionSkills & Experience:Global Enterprise Scale Program Management | PMP CertificationCustomer Experience | Customer Success Industry Experience | ManagementStrong communication skills: should be able communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong Written and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skillsTeamworking | Collaboration skillsCritical ThinkingAnalytical, Resourceful Problem SolverSelf-StarterDigital Automation Technologies | CX PlatformsPower Platform, App Studio | Functional KnowledgePower BI, ADO, VSO, Microsoft Excel, PPTJob Responsibilities:Acquire and continuously maintain knowledge of Microsofts Customer Experience and Success priorities and objectives in alignment with and advancement of DCS project goals and objectivesParticipate and contribute to Digital Customer Success Strategy definition with primary responsibility for execution of stated strategyManage metrics requirements with Principal PM, working closely with technical Team to explain the requirement, developing Tech specs and BRDs, reviewing the metrics deliverables before passing to PMs.Assist FTE Principal PM with metric requirements, Field Escalations, research, and development prioritization.Translate business requirements to work with technical team with proposed business scenarios solutions on agreement from stakeholders that aligns with the business strategy.Manage the Module deliverable with technical Lead to ensure module release on the required date, within the approved scope.In partnership with various metrics, actively manage assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues, and potential impacts, and facilitates the development of appropriate mitigation actions.Provide accurate, timely and fit for purpose programs and/or project status reports using established norms.Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data ownersCoordinate and communicate between business users, balancing requirements and resources to solve business problemsAbility to build tabular and/or visualization reports as neededWork closely with technical team to document business processesIdentify key dependencies and requirements needed from cross-functional teams to drive stated outcomesWork with other peers and stakeholders engaged in DCS programs to identify risks and opportunities within and across multiple projects.
