You will work from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, supporting a diverse population of patients ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients recovering from hip replacements. The environment is dynamic, supportive, and focused on delivering high-quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and recovery goals.Provide hands-on support to patients through a variety of therapeutic modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training to enhance recovery outcomes.Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and ensure their safe usage of therapeutic equipment to promote effective rehabilitation.Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress and relay changes to the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatment plans accordingly.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system to comply with professional standards and support continuity of care.Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during therapy sessions, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.Collaborate with the entire clinical team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.Conduct patient and family education on home exercise programs and recovery strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will impact a wide range of patient groups, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
