The Clinical Educator Critical Care ICU /COU Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Siena campus, provides staff development expertise in their assigned specialty as an educator expert clinician consultant facilitator change agent leader patient advocate and researcher. Each supports the clinical and professional development of their staff with a goal of achieving excellence in the delivery of evidence based nursing practice. The Clinical Educator II facilitates the educational process through assessment development planning implementation and evaluation of competency continuing education and professional development.

The Critical Care Clinical Educator will have responsibilities for Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Siena Campus for ICU / COU. In addition as a role model of professional behavior the Clinical Educator II assists in creating a professional nursing climate and supports our mission vision and values. Direct reporting to Nursing Director in assigned specialty and to the Director of Education.
