Dr. Armen is a board-certified chiropractic rehabilitation specialist, Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, and has more than 20 years of clinical experience. His background includes advanced training in sports medicine, rehabilitation, manual therapy, movement assessment, functional medicine, and soft tissue techniques including Active Release Techniques, Functional Movement Systems, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Functional Range Conditioning, Postural Restoration Institute, Fascial Distortion Model, shockwave therapy, and more. Responsibilities Performing chiropractic evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans Providing patient-centered chiropractic care within your scope of practice Delivering hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and other appropriate services Educating patients on injury prevention, movement, recovery, posture, ergonomics, and long-term wellness Collaborating with other providers and team members to support comprehensive patient care Building strong patient relationships and helping patients stay consistent with their care plans Maintaining timely and accurate documentation Contributing to a positive, professional, team-oriented clinic culture Qualifications Current California Doctor of Chiropractic license, or eligibility for California licensure Strong interest in sports medicine, rehabilitation, manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, and movement-based care Active Release Techniques certification is strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, compassionate, and patient-centered Comfortable building long-term patient relationships Self-motivated with an interest in growing a patient base Team-oriented and open to collaboration, mentorship, and continued learning Commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth Job Type Part-time Potential for increased hours and a full-time opportunity as the practice continues to grow Compensation This role is structured as percentage-based compensation, with earnings tied to collections and patient volume. The compensation structure is designed to reward providers who deliver excellent care, build strong patient relationships, and grow their schedule within the practice. Estimated pay range for posting purposes: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, patient volume, services provided, experience, and agreed-upon compensation terms. 401(k) 401(k) matching We’re looking for someone interested in building a long-term relationship with our practice.
