Schedule: 4 - 10 hour days; on-call shifts Shift times: 0730 - 1830 and 0800 - 1900 Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements: Must be proficient in both Radiology and Computed Tomography Operate radiographic equipment and imaging systems Familiarity with electronic medical records and PACS systems
Roles & Responsibilities: Obtain ordered radiographs and perform diagnostic imaging services in the specialty of Computed Tomography. Position patients, adjust equipment for proper exposure settings, and complete exams in the electronic medical record. Interview patients, explain procedures, and assist in positioning for imaging procedures. Review test results with radiologists and referring physicians. Ensure safe operation of a variety of imaging equipment. Verify images for quality and accuracy in diagnostics.
