About the mission You will work closely with our client on a daily basis, collaborating directly with the HR Director and hiring managers. As you will represent Demexios throughout the mission, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, quality and delivery. Our client, a fast-growing German industrial technology company, is looking for an experienced RPO / Embedded Recruiter Consultant to support its recruitment activity during a key hiring phase. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 10 to 15 open roles, mainly by handling a high volume of inbound applications. The mission is mostly focused on application review, candidate screening, candidate communication and interview coordination. Light sourcing may be required when time allows, especially for harder-to-fill roles. Main responsibilities Align with hiring managers on role requirements, must-have criteria and rejection criteria (you must have a good experience in this task). Review and qualify inbound applications. Conduct structured 30-minute intro calls with candidates. Assess motivation, availability, salary expectations, language level and basic technical fit. Manage communication with candidates throughout the process. Schedule technical and onsite interviews. Collect feedback from hiring managers and keep the process moving. Maintain clear pipeline updates and recruitment reporting. Support light sourcing when needed and when capacity allows. The consultant will not be responsible for final offer negotiation. Profiles to recruit The roles may cover several technical and operational areas, such as: Production Manufacturing Mechanical or industrial profiles Quality or process-related roles Business or operational roles when needed Experience with technical, industrial, aerospace, automotive, composite, CNC, production or advanced manufacturing recruitment would be a strong advantage. Required profile We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in full-cycle recruitment. Experience in recruiting for the industry (engineers profiles) and technical professionals (technicians profiles). Able to manage 10–15 roles at the same time. Strong in screening high volumes CVs of inbound applications. Comfortable speaking with engineers, technicians and production candidates. Able to work directly with hiring managers. Autonomous, structured and fast in execution. Highly motivated and hands‑on. Comfortable in a startup or scale‑up environment. Fluent in German and English. Nice to have Previous recruitment experience. Experience in a growing startup or scale‑up. Experience recruiting for industrial, technical or manufacturing roles. Experience with German production or technician profiles. Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, Xing or similar platforms. Ideal personality The ideal consultant is proactive, reliable, organized and able to work independently.
