Director, Technology Engagement

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Technology Engagement to lead strategic communications for the Technology Leadership Team. This role shapes how technology strategy, priorities, and impact are communicated across the organization while advising senior leaders and managing a team of engagement professionals.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead cohesive technology engagement strategy aligned with enterprise priorities
• Develop integrated narrative architecture connecting technology-wide and sector communications
• Serve as strategic communications advisor to Technology Leadership Team members
• Lead and develop team of Engagement Leaders aligned to technology functional areas
• Establish function strategy, operating model, standards, governance, and success measures

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading strategic communications or engagement functions
• Expertise in translating complex technology and business topics into clear narratives
• Proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams
• Experience advising senior executives on communications strategy
• Strong partnership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of change management and organizational communications
