Fort Morgan CDJR is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team in Fort Morgan, CO. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support our dealership operations, including handling accounts payable and receivable, and utilizing Dealertrack software to streamline automotive documentation and processes.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) accurately and timely.
- Use Dealertrack software to process automotive documents and maintain records.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth dealership operations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems and databases.
- Previous experience working as an office admin in an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Proficiency with Dealertrack software or similar automotive management systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Hourly pay of $18.00 - $22.00, paid weekly.
