"Restaurant General Manager"

Schlotzsky's Locations: Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill, Forest Hill, Eastchase & Hudson Oaks.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and increase profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective inventory management.
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and providing guidance and support to staff.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.
- Plan and organize banquets or special events hosted at the restaurant.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, coffee, bartending, culinary, and food service management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
