Description Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Maintenance professional in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Lead Maintenance position involves overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, performing preventive and routine maintenance, and managing equipment repair and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety and functionality of property facilities and equipment, as well as addressing any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
