Responsibilities

As a Direct Care Worker, you will:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Run errands and grocery shop when needed
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Offer medication reminders
• Maintain accurate documentation of client activities and well-being

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Proof of residency (2 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Open availability preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption documentation
