ONSITE EVERY OTHER WEEK
VISA- NO CPT/H1B
CLIENT DOMAIN- BANKING TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Must have 5+ years of firsthand Microsoft Access and Excel VBA software development experience - must be 5+ years of US based experience
• Experience with low code/no code applications that support end-to-end and data processing
**Biggest factor is strong experience with Access and Excel VBA
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area
• Must have 5+ years of firsthand Microsoft Access and Excel VBA software development experience
• Experience with low code/no code applications that support end-to-end automation and data processing
• General awareness of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Blue Prism, Python / R and/or related programming languages
• Fundamental understanding of software engineering principles
• Proven understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira Software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - should be able to explain the technical aspects to the business and relevant stakeholders
NICE TO HAVES
• Financial Services experience, banking domains
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Delivering automation solutions following standard design principles, reusable modules, best practices, and conventions
• Practicing continuous self-improvement and development of business and technical acuity
• Accelerating the Digital Operations journey across FFIO
• Advancing awareness of Automation tools, capabilities, and governance
• Sharing and collaborating across Fidelity business units to deliver advanced solutions
