Description Evonik solely supports the pharmaceutical industry out of their Lafayette facility and the work done here has made them one of the world's leading providers of drug delivery technologies. The facility is one of the world’s largest contract manufacturing facilities for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and is also Evonik's second-largest site in the United States. There are already over 700 employees working at this facility, but Evonik has invested 220 million dollars into this facility to build a brand new Lipid Innovation Center that will add 300+ new employees. This new site will manufacture key pharmaceutical excipients for RNA-based therapies for innovative medicines and pandemic preparedness. Job Duties: Help keep the QA document library organized and manage the technical documents from the facility so they can be properly accessed when needed. Review technical documents (Batch Records, SOPs, Training, Lab Protocols, etc.) and update document information as needed to ensure accurate documentation is QA library database. Prepare documents for off-site / on-site storage and send to appropriate locations when necessary under the guidance of the Evonik Document Services Team for the QA library. Purge records on shelves according to the site records retention schedule (when applicable) under the guidance of the Evonik Document Services Team for the QA library. Print, issue, and coil new laboratory notebooks. Process and assist in audits for retrieval of documents.
