Our organization is in search of a committed and enthusiastic board-certified Internal Medicine educator to enhance our ambulatory Internal Medicine academic practice. This role presents a thrilling chance to join a collaborative team that merges patient care with medical education and research.

• Become an integral part of a foundational practice within the Internal Medicine residency training program , which supports 54 residents, including 30 engaged in continuity practice at our Internal Medicine Group .
• Operate in a community-based, hospital-affiliated environment alongside 9 faculty members and 2 advanced practitioners, dedicated to serving the greater Capital District of Albany, NY .
• Interact with medical students across all four years, as well as physician assistant and pharmacy students .
• Collaborate with the Alden March Bioethics Institute , renowned for its emphasis on bioethics and its close work with clinician educators.
• Benefit from the support of academic Hospitalist colleagues who manage inpatient admissions.

• A clinician-educator who is enthusiastic about integrating patient care with education and research.
• Experience in teaching primary care and evidence-based medicine at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
• A strong dedication to resident and student education , with responsibilities in continuity precepting and direct patient care.

• Competitive salary range: $191,000-$259,000
• Faculty appointment and salary will be aligned with training and experience.
