Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience while supporting store performance and visual standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving sales KPIs, product knowledge, and contributing to a cohesive team environment. The position can serve as a pathway to future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and a personalized shopping experience. Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as units per hour and data capture. Engage customers with product knowledge and styling advice. Support fitting room assistance and maintain store standards on the sales floor. Execute operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment, and opening/closing duties. Maintain visual merchandising standards following company guidelines. Capture customer connections through loyalty or engagement programs. Participate in required trainings and contribute feedback to management. Requirements Retail or related high-volume customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members. Ability to stand, walk, and move on the sales floor for extended periods and operate a register. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stockroom and merchandising tasks. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel.
