Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to groups, families, couples, and individuals. \n
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care coordination that enhances client outcomes. \n
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and healthcare regulations. \n
- Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health. \n
In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population requiring support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses.
