Key Responsibilities of a Talented Server
- Greet, seat, and escort guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Provide enthusiastic menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Upsell additional products when appropriate to enhance guest experience
- Take orders accurately using software, slips, or memorization
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain clean and attractive tables and tableware
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional customer service
Qualifications for a Motivated Server
- No experience necessary (we provide paid training)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
- Flexible availability for shifts
