  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health concerns among students, fostering community engagement and understanding.

  • Collaborate with educational staff, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student care, sharing insights that maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

  • Act swiftly in crisis intervention situations, offering support and resources during mental health emergencies encountered in the school setting.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  • Current valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in the state of Washington is essential.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
