Job Summary Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services. Education Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field. Experience Three to five years of experience preferred. Certification/Licensure Active Florida license required. DEA license required. BLS certification required. Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred. Other requirements Commitment and ability to keep up to date with scientific and technological developments/literature. Able to work flexible hours as assigned. Able to work at other CHC locations as assigned. Background Screening This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
