Maintenance Technician

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements on equipment, buildings, and facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Assist with property upkeep, including painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Communicate effectively with management and team members Qualifications Previous maintenance experience preferred (1–3 years or more a plus) Working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Experience Lead Maintenance: 3 years (Required) Plumbing: 3 years (Required) Electrical : 3 years (Required) HVAC: 3 years (Required) Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for overtime Career growth and advancement opportunities 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Lynco Properties
