Nestled in the beautiful Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin, St. Dominic Villa provides exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Available Opportunities:

• Part-Time Evening Shift (PM): 0.6 FTE, 8-hour shifts and every other weekend
• Full-Time Overnight Shift (NOC): 12hr NOC shift 6PM-6AM is every other weekend
• PRN All Shifts: Flexible scheduling to meet your needs

Compensation: $28 – $35/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
