Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to join our skilled nursing facility in Dayton, Ohio (45406 zip code). Full-Time, open to OTA or PTA Candidates Prior Management experience preferred Skilled Nursing Experience Required Flexible Schedule + Quarterly Bonuses! As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (OTA or PTA) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
