You will also utilize PLCs, robot I/O, HMIs, and CAD/CAM platforms like SolidWorks or Mastercam. responsibilities:

• Lead automation projects from concept to repeatable production for processes like sanding, trimming, and material handling.

• Evaluate, source, and integrate industrial robot arms, end-of-arm tooling, sensors, and safety controls.

• Program complex robot motion paths and optimize tool speed, contact pressure, and cycle times.

• Design, fabricate, and test prototype automation cells and custom part-holding fixtures on the shop floor.

• Support large-format 3D printing and 5-axis milling operations while troubleshooting equipment issues.
