FOH Restaurant Manager Pay Range : Based on experience. Starting base salary: $55,000+ (Including a competitive Bonus Program) Location : OHSO Brewery, Paradise Valley Company Overview OHSO Brewery is a casual, service‑driven restaurant and brewery with multiple locations across the valley. It offers high quality spirits, beer, and food, and values a team that is energetic and customer‑focused. Responsibilities Maintain inventory levels and purchasing Ensure operational standards and goals Responsible for all daily paperwork Oversee development and growth of employees Ensure the team is knowledgeable of job expectations Understand guest needs and exceed their expectations Manage and develop the team Implement strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales Maintain safe working conditions Follow company policies and procedures regarding handling of cash, property, products and equipment Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives Schedule and oversee staff departments Qualifications 2+ years of FOH restaurant management experience Title 4 liquor certificate Food handlers certificate Aloha POS experience a plus Extensive beer knowledge Emphasis on guest relations Great with people (and dogs of course!)
