Job Opportunity: Emergency Medicine Physician
Our organization is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at the Emergency Department in Queens. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
As part of the largest municipal healthcare system in the United States, our facility is a 318-bed acute care center that offers a modern medical environment. We pride ourselves on our Centers of Excellence in areas such as Women’s Health, Cancer Care, Diabetes Care, and Behavioral Health. Serving one of the most culturally diverse populations globally, we handle a wide range of medical conditions, with an annual average of 16,000 admissions, 100,000 visits to the Emergency Department, and over 300,000 outpatient visits. We are currently expanding and developing a cutting-edge Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients.
- Engage in clinical education and training initiatives.
- Participate in the development of emergency medicine practices.
- Contribute to the advancement of emergency care through research and education.
- Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
- Licensed to practice in the State of New York.
- Experience in Clinical Education, Emergency Medicine Critical Care, Emergency Ultrasound, and Pediatric Emergency Medicine is highly desirable.
