About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across its multiple service locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, financial performance, and long-term growth initiatives, ensuring high standards of service delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role involves working closely with regional leadership, account management teams, and field operations to optimize productivity, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include operational leadership, revenue growth and client service, financial performance, technical and service oversight, safety and compliance, team leadership, and culture, as well as systems and process improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, horticulture, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 7 years of leadership experience in a relevant industry. The role requires a proven track record in managing multi-location operations, a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and enhancement services, and experience in leading operational teams to improve productivity and profitability. Preferred qualifications include experience with landscape management software and professional certifications related to landscaping, arboriculture, or horticulture. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational leadership and strategic decision-making abilities, excellent communication and team leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, service quality, and operational excellence.
