Seasonal Sales Professional

Summary The Seasonal Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences on the sales floor, driving full-price sales and nurturing customer relationships. This role requires strong product knowledge, the use of virtual and in-store selling techniques, and adherence to brand presentation standards. The position is temporary for the seasonal period and includes supporting store operations and events. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling to meet and exceed sales goals. Build and maintain client correspondence and utilize technology for outreach and virtual selling. Promote key product pillars and drive full-price volume across Ralph Lauren categories. Support inventory tasks, special events, merchandising, and other store projects. Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain sales floor and dressing room presentation. Requirements Relevant retail or sales experience preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
