Full service established construction company specializing in insurance restoration is in search of a Senior Construction Estimator.

Job Duties: Write scopes and estimate repairs for large insurance losses. Includes fire, smoke, water and storm damage claims Pay range commensurate with experience, and industry/revenue stream. Industry experience is mandatory.

Requirements: Candidates without extensive Large Loss Claim experience will not be considered. This position is for a Senior Insurance Construction Estimator.

• Insurance Restoration Estimator with extensive Xactimate experience is a must. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with Large loss claims.
• Management experience
• Existing sub contractor base is a plus
• Must have construction knowledge
• Must have knowledge with Fire, Water and storm damage claims on a large scale.
• Must possess time management skills
• Must be able to write and comprehend budgets
• Must be able to understand and establish job costing, and obtain prices
• Proficient in insurance guidelines and qualifications
• Possess strong computer skills
• Must be able to handle a fair volume of work in a timely manner
• Flexible schedule nights and weekend may be required Due to a rotation with emergency on-call.
• Must be very proficient Word, Excel & Outlook
• College degree preferred but not required

Work schedule:

• 8 hour shift
