Entry-Level Traffic Flagger (No Experience Required)

Location: Bethlehem/Allentown, PA

Pay: $16.00/hr starting wage → $18.00/hr after 6 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Looking for a fresh start? No experience necessary! We are seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Traffic Flaggers . If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

As a Traffic Flagger, you will:

• Direct traffic safely around construction and work zones
• Set up and remove traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barricades
• Help maintain a safe environment for construction crews, motorists, and pedestrians
• Follow company safety procedures and traffic control guidelines
• Work as part of a team to support daily operations

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
• A dependable attendance record and willingness to learn
• No previous experience required—we provide training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
